Journey Through the Woods: My Adventure in Creating a Low Poly Forest Pack
Hey Everyone!
Guess what? I just dropped a super cool low poly forest pack on itch.io! I had a blast making it and just wanted to chat about the whole experience with you.
Making All the Things:
So, making this pack was kinda like going on a mini-adventure. I was playing around in Blender, which, by the way, is my go-to for creating stuff like this. It was all about turning these simple shapes into cute little trees, bushes, and everything forest-y. It’s like Lego, but digital and way cooler.
Blender Rocks!
Big shoutout to Blender for making this possible. It's like the Swiss Army knife for anyone who loves making game art. It’s easy to use and super powerful – perfect for crafting those charming low poly looks.
Why I Love Low Poly:
There’s something special about low poly art, right? It’s simple but so expressive. Like, a few triangles and boom – you’ve got yourself a forest!
Game Dev is Awesome:
Seeing my forest come to life in games is pretty much the best feeling. Whether it’s for a chill exploration game or some fantasy adventure, it’s super cool thinking about how these trees and stuff will be part of someone’s game world.
What’s Next:
Oh, and I’m not done yet! I’ve got plans to add more to this pack. Maybe some new trees, or some neat textures – even thinking about different seasons. It’s gonna be fun to see how it grows.
Wrapping It Up:
I had a ton of fun making this pack and I hope you’ll love using it. If you’re into Blender, game dev, or just think low poly art is neat, go give it a look on itch.io.
Stay Connected:
Hit me up if you use my pack in your projects. I’d love to see what you create and hear what you think!
